1) Legal Officer (court-related matters)
Responsibilities:
Handle work relating to court matters, including work of committees
Manage projects of committees, including planning, coordinating and meeting deadlines
Conduct legal research relating to specific areas of legal practice
Prepare written reports
Requirements:
LLB (Hons) degree
At least 2 years of experience in legal practice
Knowledge of the court system and procedures
Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia skills
Good analytical and communication skills
Energetic, motivated, well-organised and responsible
Must exercise a high degree of independent judgment and initiative
Work independently and with minimum supervision
High level of computer literacy
2) Legal Officer (conveyancing-related matters)
Responsibilities:
Handle work of committees specialising in matters relating to conveyancing and the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2005
Manage projects of committees, including planning, coordinating and meeting deadlines
Conduct legal research relating to specific areas of legal practice
Prepare written reports
Requirements:
Degree or diploma
At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing matters or as conveyancing clerk
Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia skills
Good analytical and communication skills
Energetic, motivated, well-organised and responsible
Must exercise a high degree of independent judgment and initiative
Work independently and with minimum supervision
High level of computer literacy
