Customer Service Executive (January 2013 Intake)

Responsibilities: up to RM 3000
(Kuala Lumpur)
- Deliver world class 24 hour one-stop customer service via phone and providing one stop service in a consistent and professional manner
- Handle sales & services enquiries
- Handle all inbound calls effectively
- Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers
- Ensure all referrals are updated in timely manner and monitor for closures
- Acquire new business by proactive tag-on’s arising from inbound calls
Requirements:
- Degree in any field or Diploma holder with 2 years of experience in related field
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities: Up to RM2800

- To handle inbound calls from new customer or existing customer regarding the enquiries on the banking services
- To be able to deliver and provide accurate responses to the customers
- To adhere processes in accordance with the call centre guidelines and standards
Requirements:
- Degree - Fresh Graduate
- Experience - will be added advantage
- MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Able to work rotation shift.
- Able to work in KL
