Waiter / Waitress
Johor - Nusajaya

Responsibilities:

• In charge and responsible for the control of several tables in a service station, maximizing the prompt efficiency of food & beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction according to the organization standards.
• Attends to guests and staff requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Promotes teamwork while working and assist others whenever possible to the advantage of the guest.
• Maintains established standards during set up and ensure settings are uniformed.
• Serves all food & beverage with a basic knowledge of ingredient and preparation times and methods.
• Maintains acknowledge of various beverage prices.
• To carry trays of food & beverage promoting safety and breakage avoidance.
• Provides responsible alcoholic beverage service.
• To relay all guest complaints to Captain and Supervisors.
• To complete docket accurately and clearly. 
• Responsible to carry out all the tasks outlined in standards and procedures.
• Trains staff which position supervised.      
• Undertakes any other related duties as assigned by the superior as and when required, and assist in other outlet when necessary.

Requirements:

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year working experience in a related industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality.
