Junior Butler (F & B)
(Perak - Ipoh, Perak)

Responsibilities:

• Assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest. Consistently provide excellent and friendly services.
• Responsible for the smooth operations of the F & B Section and to enforce highest service quality standards and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
• Greets arriving guest in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease. Leads guest to the assigned table and address guest by name
• Handle guest complaint professionally
• Assist in guest request (in the aspect of F&B, front office and butler service)

Requirements:

• Preferably with a Certificate/Diploma in a Hotel Management or related discipline
• Must be well groomed, presentable and with a pleasant personality
• Minimum 1 year related working experience in the Hospitality or Service Industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
• Must be dynamic, self motivated and willing to work long hours.
• Excellent command of English
• Must be able to perform shift duty
